Q. What areas do you cover?.

A. All the south including Kent, Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire.

Q.I am worried about hygiene.

A. All staff serving food have an up to date hygiene certificate. Brighton Hog Roast is registered with Brighton and Hove city council's environmental health dept.

Q. What about health and safety?

A. The hog roasting area will be tabled off to stop children wandering too close to a very hot appliance. The hog roasting on the spit will still be viewable to all guests.
