Terms and conditions.

Bookings.
 
1.All bookings well be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit which are non refundable if the customer has to cancel.
2.Should the date of a booking change, we will endeavour to accommodate the booking on the new date if possible and with no obligation.
3.If the final number of guests is different to the number in the original quotation, we reserve the right to recalculate the price per head quotation.
4. For Diy  Hog roasts a deposit of £250 is required and is refundable after your event at time of collection,  providing the machine is returned in the same condition that we  left it with you. £50 will be deducted for cleaning if machine is left uncleaned.

Hog Roast setup.

1.We will need access to the venue/site up to 8 hours prior to event
2.Service time by the chef and assistant will be agreed at the time of booking.
Electrical Supply
1. The Client is responsible for the provision of 240v power and  leads for the supply of power to our equipment.
2. Should loss of power occur, we will not be held responsible for loss of cooking time and or the ability to provide a finished meal.
Lost and Damaged Goods:
1. Any goods lost or damaged will be charged at the replacement rate
Staff welfare
1. All our staff will provide a professional service at all times. Should any staff be physically or verbally abused during the course of the event/service, we reserve the right to withdraw our service immediately without any recompense for loss of service.
Safe Hygiene.
Brighton Hog Roast takes no responsibility if the following guideline is not adhered to:-
Please note that for food hygiene safety  any meat left over from a venue should be allowed to cool, then placed in a chiller at no more than 8 degrees centigrade within the hour. If no chiller is available the meat must be consumed within 4 hours. Any meat consumed after this time could cause food poisoning and should therefore be disposed of.
